The resource is an open platform for interaction between satellite communications operators, teleports, satellite equipment manufacturers and their potential users, provides a quick and convenient search for information on the necessary services and equipment in any part of the world.
During the first stage of its implementation the platform started providing information on earth stations, available orbital frequency resources, as well as new and used satellite equipment.
Once the ground stations or units of equipment are displayed on the platform, OpenTeleport visitors may leave requests for the relevant provider/manufacturer so that further interaction may be organized.
